The Bridge Element ChMS iPhone application provides mobile access to the core functionalities of the ChMS platform, facilitating management on the go.

People Management Features:

• Create new person records.
• Access comprehensive lists of members and groups, including profile picture thumbnails.
• Utilize as a church directory, if enabled through settings.
• View detailed information for each individual, such as personal data, contact details, dates, custom fields, and family associations.
• Tap on profile images to add or update the contact photo.
• Edit all relevant fields, including custom data fields.
• Manage group memberships by adding or removing individuals.
• Record and modify notes related to a person.
• Print a summarized profile page using AirPrint integration.
• Add individuals directly to your device’s contacts list.

Self Check-in Capabilities:

• Allows individuals to check in when near the church facility, with labels printed in advance for streamlined entry procedures.

Interaction Management:

• Review lists of completed interactions, outstanding tasks, and personal action items.
• Edit details of outstanding interactions as needed.
• Assign new interactions or log recent interactions efficiently.

Attendance Tracking:

• Add or modify attendance records for specific groups.
• Add existing visitors into attendance records or create new visitor entries.
• Swipe left on a name within lists to access additional options quickly.

Mass Communication Tools:

• Send batch emails to selected groups.
• Distribute mass SMS messages and voice notifications, with configuration available through web settings.

An additional feature allows members to contribute donations directly within the app.
